Conservation

Where birds thrive, people prosper

At Audubon we strive to conserve and restore the habitats we share with all wildlife, focusing on the needs of birds. Audubon's approach to conservation is to empower our broad and diverse network to address the greatest threats to birds such as climate change, habitat loss and invasive species. We use solid science to inform management action and policy that helps coalesce a diverse network to solve these large challenges. With restoration interns, stewardship volunteers, land management professionals, ornithologists and dedicated members like you, we can save birds and improve the quality of life for the people of the Great Lakes region.
