Emily Osborne is a public relations and strategic communications professional with experience working in non-profit organizations and agencies managing communications and policy and advocacy issue campaigns.
Most recently, Emily served as Senior Account Executive at Jasculca Terman Strategic Communications (JT), a Chicago-based public affairs firm, where she honed her passion for advocacy communications. She drove the media relations and communications efforts for a variety of clients on issues such as climate change, women’s rights, animal conservation and more.
Prior to her role at JT, Emily oversaw the public relations department for the Chicago History Museum, where she built communications campaigns and provided media relations, crisis communications, media training, strategic counsel and event management support. Early in her career, Emily served as newsroom coordinator in Northwestern University’s department of media relations.
Emily is a member of Women Employed’s Advocacy Council. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
